Are you feeling stuck?

Being stuck is often a sign you are on the edge of change – pause, shift your view, and the way forward appears.

Why Unstuck?
Everybody gets stuck – in unhealthy situations, behaviours, and relationships. As a therapist, I specialise in helping people get unstuck. I love what I do, but I’ve felt limited in how many people I can help by offering counselling services alone. That is why I created Unstuck – it’s me (a therapist) in a take-out box.

Unstuck started as a book, but I wanted something more dynamic – something you can pick up and gain insight from anytime you are feeling stuck.

Who’s it for?

  • Unstuck if for anyone feeling stuck (individuals or couples).
  • Helping professional (therapists, social workers, psychologists, counsellors) who work with clients who are stuck.

Whether you’re facing a tough decision, feeling stuck in old patterns, or just want a boost of insight – Unstuck gives you the tools to shift your mindset and take the next step.

So what are you waiting for? It’s time to get Unstuck.

What’s in the Deck?

So what is it? It’s a self-help card deck designed to spark insight, shift perspective, and create action. Each box contains:

  • 4 sets of cards (concept, question, action, mystery).
  • A concept booklet with guidance and prompts.

How It Works?

  1. Hold your problem or question in mind.
  2. Shuffle each card set and choose one from each.
  3. Start with a concept card and explore it in the booklet.
  4. Use the question and action prompts to reflect and take steps.
  5. Add a little mystery – what unexpected insight shows up?

Unstuck is based on the idea that you need to pause and get curious about your problem before getting curious about the solution.

By experimenting with different perspectives and asking curious questions, you’ll tap into your intuition and discover new ways forward.

“You already carry the strengths you need to get unstuck – the challenge is remembering to use them.”
