Create meaningful change.

Welcome to Blue Wren Therapy

We all experience challenging times in our lives when we feel overwhelmed with feelings of inadequacy, grief, fear, anxiety, anger and depression. These feelings are often triggered by a loss or change in our lives or a sign that change is needed.

The wren is said to arrive in your life to guide you through dark times. Wrens assist in helping you to accept and adapt to change and seek out greater experience and meaning in your life. Blue Wren Therapy endeavours to be the wren who supports, inspires and motivates you to work through these difficult times.

Blue Wren Therapy is an inclusive practice that welcomes and embraces diversity.

About Michelle

I am a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association and hold a Bachelor and Diploma of Counselling and a Graduate Diploma in Grief and Loss Counselling. Previously an associate of Life Connect Counselling, I have now spread my wings to create Blue Wren Therapy.

I provide you the opportunity to tell your story in your own words and in your own way. We then work from a strengths-based perspective, helping you to identify and utilise your unique strengths and resources so you can feel equipped to overcome your challenges and achieve your goals.

When working with couples, I endeavour to understand the unique characteristics of your relationship as well as the individual needs and perspectives of both partners. A safe and supportive space is created for you to explore your issues and discuss the changes you both want to see.

I also have experience working with the LGBTQI community and am passionate about providing support to this community.
