Individual Counselling
Individual therapy is for anyone (18 years or over) who feels stuck and is ready and willing to do the work to create meaningful change. No referral required.

Individual appointments are available in person in our Townsville counselling space, by phone, or online via Telehealth.
Relationship Therapy
Relationship therapy is for couples (aged 18 years and over) who are committed to each other and ready to do the work to create healthier patterns and deeper connections. It is ideal for couples who want to avoid reaching crisis point, or who have moved through a crisis and are ready to make lasting changes.
Relationship therapy is not for relationships in crisis. If you are highly conflicted and uncertain whether you want to move forward together, individual therapy is usually more effective at that stage.
Relationship therapy is offered in person in our private Townsville counselling space, or online via Halaxy Telehealth. It often includes a mix of individual and joint sessions.
Clinical Supervision
I am an ACA-approved Counselling Supervisor. My supervision services include clinical support as well as personal and professional development. I provide external supervision to private practitioners, as well as to businesses and organisations offering counselling services. I enjoy working with private practitioners and new counsellors who are wanting to explore and develop their counselling identity.

Fees and payment
Clinical Supervision (60 min) – $150
Relationship Therapy (60 min) – $185
Individual Counselling (60 min) – $150
Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full fee.
Payment: Payments can be made by direct deposit or card. Please note your card details will be captured when booking.
I will only process payments using the stored card instructed, or to process a cancellation fee. Online payments incur a higher processing fee. Fees are inclusive of GST.
Medicare rebates are not available.
Private Health Insurance Providers: Blue Wren Therapy is registered with Bupa, Medibank Private, AHM, HCF, Police Health, Teachers Union Health, Phoenix Health, CUA Health, St Lukes Health, GMHBA, and Doctors Health Fund. Please refer to your policy for eligibility.
We are also available for counselling covered by WorkCover.
